WHAT YOU’LL DO DAILY
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
- Propose solutions and negotiate contracts or renewals
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to client retention
- Ensure follow-up through the CRM and produce performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations
- Contribute to understanding client needs in development, integration, and product areas, in order to better guide proposed solutions
- Analyze the market, participate in events, and identify new client opportunities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree in business administration, commerce, IT, engineering, marketing, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management
- Full bilingualism in French and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Dynamics, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills
- Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and results orientation
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, presentation, negotiation, closing, and follow-up)
- Technical skills: low to medium level, with a willingness to learn and collaborate with internal experts
- Business understanding: familiarity with development, integration, and product services
- Assets: relevant industry experience (IT, automation, digital marketing, insurance, etc.)
THE HIRING PROCESS
- You apply. 📝 (We actually read your resume — promise!)
- We chat. 💬 A short call with HR — we want to see if we click on both a human and a professional level. Just 15 minutes of your time.
- First interview. ☕ An open discussion with one or two team members to get to know you and see if you’re a good fit. It lasts between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on how deep the conversation goes (hopefully deep!).
- Second interview, if needed. ☕☕ A chance to dive further into your world, meet other teammates, and make sure we’re truly meant to work together. Expect another 30 to 60 minutes.
- We send you an offer. ✍️ If everything goes well, no need for 26 meetings — if we like you, we won’t ghost you.
- Welcome aboard! 🚀 We’ll greet you with a laptop and a good coffee (or tea — no judgment).
