WHAT YOU'LL DO DAILY 

At Beslogic, we build custom software and AI solutions for organizations with complex operations. Our clients work in industries like manufacturing, aerospace, logistics, and warehousing, where technology plays a critical role in improving processes, connecting systems, and solving real business challenges.

Every project is different. You'll work with a mix of technologies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and help transform complex problems into practical, scalable solutions.

Build Custom Software Solutions

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web, mobile, cloud, and AI-powered applications.
• Contribute to software architecture and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, analysts, and fellow developers to deliver tailor-made solutions

Build AI-Powered Solutions

• Integrate LLMs, AI APIs, automation workflows, and intelligent features into applications.
• Develop solutions using approaches like RAG, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks.
• Evaluate new technologies and choose the right tools for each project.

Connect Systems & Data

• Design APIs, integrations, and data workflows that connect business systems.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing solutions.
• Work with databases, cloud platforms, and modern data technologies to support AI-driven applications.

Build and Improve

• Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to testing, reviews, and technical discussions.
• Experiment, learn, and share new ideas with the team.

• Someone comfortable with complexity. Our projects often involve multiple systems, integrations, technologies, and business processes. You don't need to know everything...nobody does! You enjoy asking questions, learning quickly, and figuring things out.

WHAT YOU BRING 

• 5+ years building modern software applications
• Strong experience with at least one complete ecosystem (.NET, Node.js, Python, or equivalent).
• Experience building web, mobile, cloud, or distributed applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with modern development practices including Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Experience with AI development, including LLM APIs, RAG architectures, AI agents, or AI orchestration frameworks.
  

Bonus points if you've worked with software architecture, DevOps, or data engineering.

THE HIRING PROCESS  

1. You apply. 📝 (We actually read your resume!! Promise!)  
2. We chat. 💬 A short call with our talent team. We want to see if we click on both a human and a professional level. Just 15 minutes of your time.  
3. First interview. ☕ An open discussion with one or two team members to get to know you and see if you’re a good fit. It lasts between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on how deep the conversation goes.  
4. Second interview, if needed. ☕☕ A chance to learn more about you, allow you to meet other teammates and make sure we’re truly aligned. Expect another 30 to 60 minutes.  
5. We send you an offer. ✍️ If everything goes well, no need for 26 meetings! If we like you, we won’t ghost you.  
6. Welcome aboard! 🚀 We’ll greet you with a laptop and coffee (or tea... no judgment!)
