WHAT YOUâLL DO DAILY
- Content Creation: create engaging, relevant, and high-quality content tailored to target audiences across digital channels, aligned with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Social Media Management: plan, publish, and manage content across social media platforms, engage with the community, and monitor performance to optimize reach and engagement.
- Sales & Prospecting Support: support sales and business development efforts through content, tools, and campaigns that assist lead generation, nurturing, and prospect outreach.
- Event Coordination: assist in the planning, organization, and promotion of events (virtual or in-person), ensuring smooth execution and strong brand presence.
- Marketing Materials: develop and update marketing assets such as presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and digital resources to support sales, branding, and communication efforts.

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Apollo Implementation
- Contribute to the implementation of the Apollo platform for prospecting automation.
- Develop and optimize high-impact prospecting sequences.Â

Marketing Performance AnalysisÂ
- Evaluate and monitor the average cost per lead (CPL) and the agencyâs overall conversion rate.
- Recommend improvement opportunities based on data analysis.

Improving Customer Experience (CX)
- Implement initiatives aimed at enhancing client interactions (e.g., satisfaction surveys, management of promotional items such as care packages upon contract signing).
- Ensure ongoing, high-quality communication with the agencyâs clients.

WHAT WEâRE LOOKING FOR
- Education: University degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Initial professional experience (1â3 years) in marketing, ideally within an agency or in the technology (B2B) sector.
- Tools & Technology: Proficiency with office productivity tools, strong knowledge of social media management platforms, and experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Dynamics, Salesforce) and/or CRM systems.
- Writing & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (and ideally in English).
- Creativity: Ability to develop original and impactful content ideas.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and autonomy in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proactivity: Takes initiative and adapts quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

THE HIRING PROCESS
- You apply. đ (We actually read your resume â promise!)
- We chat. đŹ A short call with HR â we want to see if we click on both a human and a professional level. Just 15 minutes of your time.
- First interview. â An open discussion with one or two team members to get to know you and see if youâre a good fit. It lasts between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on how deep the conversation goes (hopefully deep!).
- Second interview, if needed. ââ A chance to dive further into your world, meet other teammates, and make sure weâre truly meant to work together. Expect another 30 to 60 minutes.
- We send you an offer. âïž If everything goes well, no need for 26 meetings â if we like you, we wonât ghost you.
- Welcome aboard! đ Weâll greet you with a laptop and a good coffee (or tea â no judgment).
