THE HIRING PROCESS
You apply. đ (We actually read your resume â promise!)
We chat. đŹ A short call with HR â we want to see if we click on both a human and a professional level.
First interview. â An open discussion with one or two team members to get to know you and see if youâre a good fit. It lasts between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on how deep the conversation goes (hopefully deep!).
Second interview, if needed. ââ A chance to dive further into your world, meet other teammates, and make sure weâre truly meant to work together. Expect another 30 to 60 minutes.
We send you an offer. âïž If everything goes well, no need for 26 meetings â if we like you, we wonât ghost you.
Welcome aboard! đ Weâll greet you with a laptop and a good coffee (or tea â no judgment).
WHY JOIN US?
We could tell you about our group insurance (yes, we have it) or how youâll become part of the family⊠but letâs be honest, if youâve read this far, you want to know what makes us unique. So here it is:
đš Room for creativity: We love people who think outside the box⊠or better yet, recycle the box into something new.
đ Continuous learning: You wonât be stuck in your comfort zone. We invest in your growth with a personalized career plan.
𧩠Unique perks: Yes, weâve got the classic insurance and retirement plan, but also little extras that make a big difference. Weâll keep a few surprises for the interview.
â° Flexibility: Whether youâre more productive early with your first coffee or later with your third dose, we adapt.
đ Pets at the office: Your dog, cat (or even goldfish?) are welcome. Because a workplace with animals makes everyone more human.
In short, we want you to enjoy working with us as much as we enjoy working together.
