WHAT YOU’LL DO DAILY
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and maintain the product vision in collaboration with stakeholders (clients, technical team, leadership)
- Prioritize the backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and delivery constraints
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for the development team
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of AI technologies and tools adopted by the company
- Collaboration with Technical Teams
- Work closely with developers, architects, and AI integrators to refine user stories
- Validate technical deliverables and ensure they meet defined acceptance criteria
- Understand the challenges related to LLM integration, AI pipelines (RAG, Agentic, ETL), and cloud platforms
- Have a solid grasp of Agentic AI concepts: autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and their implications on product design
- Support teams in the use of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
- Backlog & Delivery Management
- Write and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Manage the backlog and track deliveries via Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines)
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives
- Track delivery progress and proactively communicate risks and adjustments
- Ensure consistency across all product layers (API, backend, frontend, AI)
- Client Requirements & Documentation
- Lead discovery and analysis workshops with clients to collect and structure their needs
- Write clear, complete, and stakeholder-validated functional and technical requirement documents (BRD, SRS, functional specifications)
- Produce and maintain product documentation: user guides, functional architectures, process flows, and diagrams
- Document design decisions, assumptions, and constraints to ensure traceability throughout the project
- Present requirements and product progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage expectations and facilitate informed decision-making on trade-offs (scope, timelines, quality)
- Technology Watch & Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with the latest advances in generative AI, agentic systems, and software development
- Evaluate no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Azure Logic Apps) for their relevance to projects
- Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous innovation
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Technical Skills
-
- Strong understanding of software architectures (web, cloud, REST API)
- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts: LLM, RAG, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, vector databases
- Knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD practices
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps: Boards management, sprint tracking, Repos, and Pipelines
- Ability to read and understand code (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, or C#) — without necessarily writing it
- Documentation & Analysis Skills

- Excellent ability to write structured and precise requirements documents (functional and technical)
- Comfort with documentation tools (Confluence, Notion, Azure DevOps Wiki, or equivalent)
- Ability to produce process flow diagrams, functional mockups, and high-level architecture diagrams
- Attention to detail and writing rigor to ensure decision traceability
- Product Management Skills

- Experience in backlog management and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to break down complex problems into concrete, prioritized deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Candidate Profile

- Background in computer science, software engineering, IT project management, or a related field
- 5 to 8 years of combined experience in software development and/or product management
- Experience with AI-integrated projects (a significant asset)
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative
THE HIRING PROCESS
- You apply. 📝 (We actually read your resume — promise!)
- We chat. 💬 A short call with HR — we want to see if we click on both a human and a technical level. Just 15 minutes of your time.
- First interview. ☕ An open conversation with one or two team members to get to know you and see if you’re a good fit. It lasts between 30 minutes and an hour, depending on how deep we go (hopefully deep!).
- Second interview, if needed. ☕☕ A chance to dive further into your world, meet other teammates, and make sure we’re truly meant to work together. Expect another 30 to 60 minutes.
- We send you an offer. ✍️ If everything goes well, no need for 26 meetings — if we like you, we won’t ghost you.
- Welcome aboard! 🚀 We’ll greet you with a laptop and a good coffee (or tea — no judgment).
